TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.A Equipment Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on various production and facility equipment. May also perform emergency repairs and assist with equipment installations as needed.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform repairs and equipment installations throughout manufacturing facilityDismantle devices to gain access to parts requiring inspection or repairInspect equipment systems to a level that will identify possible failures and repair or schedule repairs as neededCommunicate the completion of all work performed by filling out a maintenance request or a preventative maintenance formCommunicate the status of all incomplete tasks verbally and/or via e-mail to the technician taking over the task or the Maintenance ManagerAdhere to all environmental, safety and health policies plans and proceduresComplete all departmental documentation neatly, completely and accuratelyTrain other technicians in the skills required to perform preventative maintenance on equipmentFollow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicalsEssential Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge and experience in applying general maintenance practices, mechanical aptitude, and ability to correctly and safely use manual and power toolsExceptional attention-to-detail and capable of reading and following technical/construction instructions, operation manuals, equipment install specifications, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, P& IDs, and technical as-built will be a plusGeneral computer skills and ability to complete electronic work orders, enter data into systems, and send emailsAble to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.Ability to troubleshoot electro-magnetic equipment would be a plusSolution-focused mindset; recommend and implement improvements to processes increasing efficiency and see projects through to completionMathematical ability sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate averagesAbility to work 8-10 hour days, standing for most of the shiftAble to lift and carry 75 lbs.Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to safely drive a box truck, van, or company carRegular attendance is an essential job function of this positionOvertime, weekend, and on-call availability is requiredDue to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, applicants must be a U.S. CitizenCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$57,167 - $95,279Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
