Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:15pm-10:45pm / 10:30pm-7a

Days: Pick one weekday

Weekends: Every weekend

Location: 1218 State Street, Black Earth, WI 53515

Compensation: $45.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus: (Full time) $3,000

Your Role in the Organization:

The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications:

Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.

Essential Elements of your Job:

· Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.

· Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.

· Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.

· Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of our residents.

· Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.

· Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
