An established commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up automotive dealership projects throughout the Tampa and St. Petersburg market. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing regional operation with strong leadership visibility and a healthy project pipeline.

Description
* Manage ground-up automotive dealership projects from award through closeout
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
* Administer subcontracts and coordinate stakeholder communications
* Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
* Prepare and maintain project financial reporting and forecasting
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* 5+ years of commercial construction experience
* Ground-up project management experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontract administration
* Proven ability to manage project teams and client relationships
Job Offer
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus
* Annual bonus opportunity up to 15%
* Stable pipeline with long-term growth potential
* Leadership exposure within an expanding Florida operation
