About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Nurse – New Hampshire

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Derry, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend and holiday rotation required; standard ED scheduling; minimal floating to other units

Highlights:

• 19-bed Emergency Department with additional hall beds and sub-waiting room treatment areas
• Manageable patient ratio of 1:5 with support from ED technicians, AEMTs, and Paramedics
• Modern emergency equipment including GE Monitors, Lucas 3, Glidescope, EV 1000, and Level 1 infusers
• Documentation utilizing Meditech EMR system
• Facility holds Stroke Certification, operates a Cath Lab, and maintains Level 3 Trauma designation
• Collaborative team environment focused on exceptional patient experience and family-centered care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• 2-3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 30 days of start
• Experience with moderate sedation, central line placement assistance, chest tube management, IV insertion, lab draws, POC testing, EKGs, and respiratory treatments
• Dark blue scrubs required
