What You'll Be Responsible For

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Deliver care through in-person, virtual, and telephone visits based on patient needs
• Participate in proactive panel management, emphasizing prevention and health maintenance
• Collaborate with behavioral health, care coordinators, and other specialty services to ensure whole-person care
• Use evidence-based medicine and clinical judgment to guide decision-making
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Education Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program

Certifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Current or eligible for Texas state medical license
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
