As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines people development, customer service, restaurant operations, and business management.

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about leading teams. You should be comfortable coaching employees, managing shifts, solving problems, and maintaining a positive culture while delivering strong results in sales, food quality, cleanliness, and labor performance.

In this role, you will help recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring company standards for food safety, guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence are consistently achieved. You will assist with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, shift execution, and daily restaurant performance. You will also serve as a role model by creating a positive work environment where employees feel supported, motivated, and challenged to grow.

Successful Assistant Managers possess strong communication skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and the desire to build a career in restaurant management. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, Restaurant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor is preferred. Experience in quick-service restaurants, fast food, hospitality, retail management, or food service leadership is highly valued.
