Payroll Coordinator | Contract-to-Hire | On-Site
We are working with a client who is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with a large healthcare organization in West Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, bookkeeping, or payroll support experience who is looking to build a career in payroll. This role can pay up to $29/hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll inbox and respond to incoming inquiries
- Route payroll questions to the appropriate internal teams
- Perform payroll-related data entry
- Log and track payroll checks
- Maintain payroll records
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team
- Deliver strong internal customer service
Qualifications:
- Administrative, payroll support, or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, reliable, and responsive
- Basic Excel skills
- Payroll and/or ADP experience preferred
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within payroll and take on additional responsibilities over time.
