Overview Traveling Structural Welder - $25/hr + Paid Travel, Tools Supplied, and Referral Bonuses At Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc., we supply all the tools and PPE, cover travel and hotel, pay you for passing weld tests, and reward referrals. Responsibilities Travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using Flux-Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). Read and work from detailed blueprints. Perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.
