Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, events coordination, producing promotional materials, and analyzing sales data.Our ideal candidate must be experienced in conducting research to analyze and gather data through various customer portals and interpret customers' behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and market share. Our ideal candidate must be able to design and execute marketing campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives, as well as deploy visionary concepts into actionable plans. Our candidate must be able to establish and design internal tracking systems and dashboards to help the leadership team identify and track marketing benefits and success of online marketing activities.If you have excellent communication skills, a great work ethic and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure the company's marketing efforts and help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, execute and manage community and corporate events with Marketing Agents and Director of MarketingAbility to design websites to be functional, dynamic and well-organized both for internal and external clientsConduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)Help design and implement successful marketing campaigns across residential and commercial salesSet up tracking systems for online/social media activitiesTrack progress and provide guidance to RTC leadership team and analyze competitors offering through various SWOT analysisPrepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales dataCollaborate with Director of Marketing to produce promotional materialsCraft clear, creative product marketing copyOrganize promotional activities for new products/servicesPrepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecastsRequirementsProven work experience as a Marketing/Event Coordinator, Marketing Specialist or similar roleKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategiesExperience with research methods using data analytics softwareExpertise or high level of experience in Wordpress and Adobe Creative SuiteSEO/SEM ExperienceSolid computer skills, including MS Office, Excel web analytics and Google AdWords and Google analyticsFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsBS degree in Marketing or relevant field experience
