Position Highlights 16-week travel assignment Night shift schedule 7-on / 7-off rotation Acute care inpatient setting First-time travelers welcome Collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations Competitive compensation package Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Monitor medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations Perform pharmacokinetic and renal dosing adjustments Support antimicrobial stewardship and anticoagulation management Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications Ensure safe medication dispensing and distribution Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate staff and patients regarding medication therapy and safety Preferred Experience Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Medication order verification experience Sterile IV compounding experience Experience with automated dispensing systems Familiarity with electronic medical records Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Minimum Requirements Current Pharmacist license in state of practice Minimum one year of pharmacist experience preferred Compliance with all professional practice standards Current CPR certification if required Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Ideal Candidate You are a pharmacist who enjoys a fast-paced hospital environment, thrives on clinical decision-making, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
