Overview of the Cash Applications Specialist role:

• Apply customer payments in the ERP system including checks, ACH, wires, and credit cards.
• Scan physical checks to the bank and support daily cash collection activities.
• Review and process remittance information while managing customer banking portals.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, overpayments, and unapplied cash.
• Assist with month-end close activities and AR reconciliations.
• Follow SOPs, PCI compliance standards, and banking regulations while supporting continuous process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications for the Cash Applications Specialist role:

• 1+ years of administrative, accounts receivable, or cash applications experience; relevant post-secondary education will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working within an ERP system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

Salary:

$37,000–$46,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
