The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. Responsibilities Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
