Production Packager
- Package & Seal: Accurately weigh and fill bags according to specific order requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect packaging for proper seals, correct labeling, and overall presentation.
- Organization: Assist in boxing finished products and prepping shipments for delivery or retail.
- Maintenance: Keep a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with the roasting and fulfillment teams to meet daily production goals.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting up to 30-50 lbs.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, production, or food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
