All Saints, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA - (full-time AM) to join our growing team.

All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregiver Hourly: HHA/Caregiver $17.00-$22.00/hr and CNA $19.00-$24.00/hr, depending on experience Service Area: 1880 Independence Dr, Shakopee, MN 55379 Schedule: Part-time AM and full/part-time PM

Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
