SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account 

Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding Hi-Speed Industrial Service’s customer 

base. This position is focused on building relationships, developing new business, and managing existing 

accounts entirely via phone, email, and virtual communication tools, requiring a strategic and 

customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial equipment 

sales specifically electric motors and overhead cranes, and must be highly skilled in remote customer 

engagement and relationship building. Candidates must demonstrate prior success in outbound 

business development, illustrating their ability to create and execute a methodical, proven process for 

developing and maintaining customers without the need for in-person meetings or field visits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Management:

- Serve and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, 

and ensuring satisfaction—all through remote communication.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer 

base to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Utilize an organized system for tracking interactions and follow-ups to ensure consistent 

communication.

• Business Development:

- Grow existing customers and secure new customers through outbound phone calls and 

email contact.

- Reestablish relationships with dormant accounts to reignite business opportunities.

- Leverage a structured approach to identify leads, qualify prospects, and close new 

business remotely.

• Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer 

satisfaction.

- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to support product and service 

improvement initiatives.

• Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward 

goals.

• REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, with a focus on electro-mechanical 

equipment and overhead cranes.

- Ability to illustrate and speak to an organized, methodical approach for developing and 

maintaining customers without in-person interaction.

- Strong understanding of the industrial parts and equipment market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in virtual environments.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote role.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
