Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities in a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
- Support equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong mechanical and equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
- Senior-level maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
