Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate PRN Cook to join our culinary team at Pomerelle Place!

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. As a PRN Chef, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexibility to assist during peak times, special events, or staff shortages.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed in the kitchen.
- Assist with menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and management of food products to minimize waste.
- Stay current with culinary trends and techniques to contribute to menu innovation.
- Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff when necessary.
- Adapt menu items and techniques to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of [2-3] years of culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

- Creative and enthusiastic about cooking and culinary arts.

**Physical Requirements: **
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
