Physical Therapist

Position Overview Inabia is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join its Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically strong, and committed to providing individualized care in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with clinic policies, state regulations, and professional standards Schedule Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts Consistent weekday schedule Compensation & Benefits Supportive clinical environment with opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Outpatient or rehab experience preferred but not required Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Why Join?
