CNA MEMORY CARE (PRN/PT ALL SHIFTS)

Job Opportunity

Seeking part-time/PRN all shifts team members to join, with flexible hours available! $19-$22/HR

Responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Following the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.
• Providing emotional and social support to residents.
• Documenting daily log of assistance.
• Respecting and encouraging the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respecting residents' confidentiality.
• Ensuring that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Assisting with resident's laundry and meal service.

Qualifications include:

• No experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
