Job Description
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives tosupport customers across various client accounts. This is aflexible, work-from-home role ideal for individuals with strongcommunication skills and a customer-first mindset.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Provide clear, helpful, and professional assistance
- Enter customer data accurately into our database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Meet performance targets for advancement opportunities
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Remote client servicing
- Required virtual certification (10 days-6 weeks depending on program)
- Performance-based continuation
- Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends
- Windows 11 desktop or laptop
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- No Chromebooks or Apple devices
- Dual monitors recommended (not required at application)
- USB noise-canceling headset (not required at application)
- Hardwired internet connection (not required at application)
- Fully remoteposition - work from home office
- Starting payof $12-$15/hour
