Job Description
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives tosupport customers across various client accounts. This is aflexible, work-from-home role ideal for individuals with strongcommunication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional assistance
  • Enter customer data accurately into our database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets for advancement opportunities
  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Remote client servicing
  • Required virtual certification (10 days-6 weeks depending on program)
  • Performance-based continuation
  • Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends
Technology Requirements(MANDATORY to begin work):
  • Windows 11 desktop or laptop
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM
  • No Chromebooks or Apple devices
  • Dual monitors recommended (not required at application)
  • USB noise-canceling headset (not required at application)
  • Hardwired internet connection (not required at application)
