We’re looking for motivated, passionate, and hardworking individuals who are excited to create our award-winning cinnamon rolls!

Cinnaholic is the original gourmet cinnamon roll bakery — offering over 20 unique frosting flavors and a variety of fresh, decadent toppings. We’re not your typical dessert shop. Everything we serve is 100% plant-based, and we believe everyone deserves an amazing cinnamon roll experience.

Position: Baker / Back of House (BOH) Team MemberKey Responsibilities

Prepare products and prioritize daily bakery production needs
Follow proper labeling, storage, and food safety procedures
Operate commercial mixers and baking equipment
Execute recipes with precision and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (mopping, sanitizing, dishwashing, etc.)
Follow opening and closing checklists
Cross-train to support Front of House (FOH) operations

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Team-oriented with a positive, friendly attitude
Customer-service mindset
Food service or bakery experience is a plus (not required)
