Sr. Data Analyst

Lead data discovery efforts across multiple source systems, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements while performing data lineage mapping to support conversion and ensure continuity of reporting and business processes. Analyze and define data integration needs, including SFTP file transfers, ETL pipelines, and system dependencies, to support the seamless migration of legacy system datasets. Partner closely with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, application owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable data specifications and technical deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Data team and act as a liaison across technology workstreams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and proactive management of dependencies,

7+ years of Data Analyst Experience
Experience with Core Banking Conversion - Data Conversion
Expertise with ETL Pipelines and SFTP File Transfers for Data Mapping
Great Communicator


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with FIS IBS Core Banking
Experience with Jack Henry Core Banking
