Guide customers through the processwalk them through options, applications, and renewals clearly and confidently

Own your relationshipskeep accurate records and follow through so customers feel taken care of

Partner with the teamwork alongside our office to deliver a smooth, top-notch customer experience

We're looking for someone who has:

Great people skills and loves building rapport

Drive and consistency (you stay motivated without being micromanaged)

Strong organization and attention to detail

Prior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience (a plus)

Spanish/English bilingual (bonus)Port St. Lucie is a diverse community
