Maintenance Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience (Property maintenance experience preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds , bend at the knees, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
- Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- HVAC Certified
- Experience in, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus, but not required
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively
- Assist with groundskeeping as needed
- Support apartment turnovers , including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director
