Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) Per Diem / Part-Time

Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute San Jacinto, CA Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time Compensation: $55.00 $57.00 per hour (based on experience)

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Supervise PTA staff and ensure quality of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
