About the Position
TransForce is seeking skilled, professional CDL A Shuttle Drivers for a stable, safety-focused operation in Manassas, Virginia. This local opportunity offers consistent scheduling, competitive pay, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
Pay & Schedule
- $32.50 per hour
- Average weekly pay of approximately $1,350
- Overtime available after 40 hours
- Consistent pay increases
- Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 40 hours per week
- Home daily
- Anticipated start date: September 14, 2026
Job Details
- Local shuttle route
- Move 53-foot trailers in and out of loading doors
- Trailer and logistics operations
- Late-model, well-maintained equipment
- Load securing and trailer condition verification required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform local shuttle runs safely and efficiently
- Move 53-foot trailers in and out of loading doors
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate driving and activity logs
- Secure loads and verify trailer conditions
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience within the last 3 years
- Experience operating 53-foot trailers
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
