HVAC Service Technician

Now hiring for Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday 1st and 2nd shifts.Top-of-the-industry benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, 401k with company match, and more!Responsibilities:Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.Test each system after service or repair has been completed.Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.Qualifications:Must have two or more years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC industry.EPA Type 1 and 2 required.NATE certification preferred.High school diploma or GED required.Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.Authority Brands conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
