Recruitment Coordinator

Role: Recruitment Coordinator Location: New York, NY Hybrid: 4 days in office Compensation range: $65-80k base salary plus bonus Our client is a global independent investment bank that is at the top of their game. The team is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their tight knit team and support their lateral recruitment efforts, working across both front office and corporate functions. Reporting to the Head of Lateral Recruiting you will: Manage interview scheduling for both virtual and in-person interviews. Be the point of contact for candidates visiting for interviews. Facilitate the interview process from start to finish liaising with internal stakeholders for both virtual and in-person interviews. Organize logistics for interview days. Manage the ATS to make sure data is up to date. Key requirements: 0-2 years’ experience with recruitment administration/coordination, ideally with campus. Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
