The facility has a total of 9 beds with patient ratios following established staffing standards. The nurse will work with an obstetric, gynecology, and newborn patient population. The role includes rotating call during low census periods. The nurse may also need to float to other units based on patient volume. Candidates should be able to provide skilled nursing care in high-stress situations. The work environment emphasizes professionalism, and appropriate attire is required. Experience in postpartum and newborn care is preferred.
