Warehouse Associate 3rd Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates to support overnight warehouse operations. This role involves operating material-handling equipment to safely move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory.

Training may take place on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to the permanent 3rd-shift schedule.

Safety shoes are required on the first day.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, turret trucks, and hand jacks.
• Pick, put away, transport, store, retrieve, sort, and stack parts and supplies.
• Use RF scanners and computer terminals to complete inventory transactions.
• Track inventory locations and process orders using SAP.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S standards.
• Follow all company procedures and safety requirements.
• Participate in safety and department meetings.
• Adjust to changing inventory needs, assignments, and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience required.
• 12 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
• SAP inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, push, and lift more than 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
