X-Ray Technologist in Toledo, OR

Radiologic Technologists with strong X-ray imaging skills are needed for a contract role supporting patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic images to assist physicians in accurate patient assessment and treatment.


Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
• State licensure as applicable
• Proficiency in performing general and specialized X-ray procedures
• Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient positioning techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Operate all radiology equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Position patients properly and ensure their comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Review imaging orders and prepare examination rooms prior to each procedure
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other clinical team members to ensure precise imaging and swift turnaround of results
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues for timely resolution
• Provide patients with clear explanations of procedures to alleviate concerns
