Middle Office Associate - May 2026 Grads

Hybrid Middle Office Analyst (Graduate/Intern) role at HedgeServ. The position launches in Summer2026 and will be based in either Dallas, TX, or Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work arrangement. Visa sponsorship will not be offered. Role Responsibilities Ensure accurate and efficient trade booking. Review trade confirmations and recaps. Facilitate custom reporting requirements, delivering data to clients, internal teams, and third‑party vendors. Action the resolution of daily cash and position breaks. Apply client‑specific pricing affirmations to accurately value the portfolio. Effectively communicate and collaborate with hedge fund and private equity professionals to solve complex problems. Monitor and process all product life‑cycle events. Work on strategic initiatives and light project work. Qualifications & Experience College graduate with an analytical mindset and appetite for learning. Familiarity with Excel is required; understanding of relational databases is a plus. Strong and persuasive communication skills; ability to articulate actions, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
