Junior Estimator

Position Title: Junior Estimator This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on commercial projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE Junior Estimator Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects Engage in business development activities to secure new projects Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates Junior Estimator Requirements: 3+ years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial) BA degree is preferred Benefits: Profit sharing SEP retirement plan with company contributions of 20-30% of salary 100% covered healthcare for employee and dependents Two weeks of PTO, increasing to three weeks after five years Year-end light week between Christmas and New Year's #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
