Duties Advise employers on compliance with state and local paid leave laws. Draft and review leave and accommodation policies. Guide employers through multi-state compliance issues. Requirements Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Ability to obtain licensure based on office location and client needs.
