Pricing Manager

To support the proposal development process, the full-time Pricing Manager will manage the pricing component using economic analysis and operational data, focusing on creating competitive and profitable bid pricing while collaborating with various departments in a hybrid remote work environment. Key responsibilities Prepare competitive pricing components for Requests for Proposals in collaboration with the Business Development team Maintain and update the Bid Model for contract pricing and assist in negotiations for new and renewed business contracts Conduct financial analysis and provide scenario and sensitivity analysis for pricing requests, ensuring alignment with corporate and client objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience 2+ years of progressive experience in Transportation or related fields, with knowledge of Transit and Rail business models preferred Strong understanding of financial ratios and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel for data manipulation Willingness to accommodate changing client requests, including last-minute and weekend work as needed
