Role Description The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hollywood, FL, with opportunities for some work from home. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families, using evidence-informed interventions aligned with organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and documenting clinical services in accordance with regulatory and agency requirements. The role involves ongoing case management and coordination of care with schools, community agencies, and internal program staff to support continuity of services. The therapist will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, engage in outreach and psychoeducation for families, and maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy to support children, adolescents, and families in diverse situations. Proficiency in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, and progress monitoring for individualized care. Experience in Social Work and Case Management to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and connect families with community resources. Current state licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing; eligibility to practice independently in Florida. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records and applicable privacy regulations. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to function both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Experience in community-based or school-linked services, crisis intervention, and risk assessment is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
