Oncology Infusion RN - Per Diem, Tier II

Introduction Could you be the next Per Diem nurse to join the Oncology Infusion Center on 6 West at Lankenau Medical Center? Responsibilities As part of our interdisciplinary team in the infusion center, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent care and shaping the patient experience. In this role, you will care for Oncology patients. Your manager will also provide ongoing feedback and career development through performance reviews and one‑on‑one conversations. Build your involvement by joining hospital- and system-wide nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and participating in the Clinical Ladder program. Qualifications 2 years of recent Infusion nursing experience preferred. RN diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. PA RN license or a multistate license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact in an approved state. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. Chemotherapy certification must be completed before your start date. Shift & Compensation Shift: Per Diem Tier II; commitment of 72 hours per 6 week period, minimum 24 hours weekend shifts. Staff not open on weekends may fulfill all 72 hours including on‑call. Pay Range: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour.
