Physical Therapist Job Opening in Bolingbrook, IL at Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness

Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Bolingbrook, IL . This job provides the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of patients, from injury rehabilitation to injury prevention, sports performance, and wellness. As part of our clinic, you will have the time to develop personalized treatment plans and engage in high-quality, one-on-one care that directly impacts patients’ lives.

COMPENSATION:

$70,000, $100,000

Education :

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Strong clinical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop customized treatment plans.

A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and a small, cohesive team.

Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.

Passion for providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, mobility, strength, and function.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.

Provide hands‑on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.

Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self‑care strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients, encouraging their engagement in the recovery process.
