Job Description Job Description Location: ATLANTA, GA PAY: 18.00/ hour Title: Field Service Rep/ Driver Responsibilities and Duties ★ As a Field Service Representative, you will be the first representation of our company to our customers. Which means you will be responsible for meeting new customers, setting and maintaining expectations with each customer of what they can count on from our company, and listening to our customers and their needs. ★ Inventorying and packing out all of the clothing and fabric items from our customer’s home that were affected by the loss, as well as delivering the restored items back to their home. ★ You would be responsible for driving a company owned vehicle to and from several customer stops throughout the course of the day. ★ Lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer’s homes. ★ You will also be accountable for customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. ★ In this role you would receive cross training in our production warehouse environment to allow you the opportunity to understand the duties of our in-house production cleaning process.
