Key Responsibilities

Effectively run shifts to ensure great food quality and excellent guest service
Serve as a positive role model, coach, and mentor to develop a high-performing team
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety standards

Qualifications

Demonstrated passion and strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A genuine, enthusiastic, and smiling personality
1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
