Job Details Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical technicians Assign and prioritize daily work to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion Enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating and static equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, valves, piping, heat exchangers) Ensure all work is executed in accordance with company standards, procedures, and OEM specifications Provide hands‑on support for complex or critical repairs as needed Coordinate with planners, schedulers, and operations teams to support effective work execution Support and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ensure proper job scoping, material availability, and tool readiness prior to execution Maintain compliance with OSHA, PSM, and site‑specific safety requirements Lead job safety reviews (JSAs), ensure permit compliance, and oversee LOTO execution Support performance evaluations, training plans, and ongoing skill development Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills: Emotional Empathy, Positive Attitude, Excellent Communication Skills, Flexibility / Adaptability, Interpersonal Skills Qualifications Education High School (required) Experience 2 - 3 years: SAP PM and MM modules (required) 5 - 7 years: Chemical, refining or manufacturing (required) 2 - 3 years: Lead Craftsmen or supervision (preferred) Skills SAP (required) MS Word (required) MS PowerPoint (required) MS Excel (required) MS Outlook (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
