Tax Supervisor Looking to take the next step in your public accounting journey? A leading firm in San Antonio is looking for a Tax Supervisor. This is a hybrid role 3 days onsite and 2 remote with a team that values professional growth, fun, and flexibility. What You'll Do: Prepare complex tax returns and review work prepared by junior staff Guide and mentor junior tax team members Support tax planning strategies and compliance Research current tax laws and stay up to date on changes Communicate with clients and help manage project timelines and budgets Participate in professional development and pursue CPA or EA certification What We're Looking For: Bachelor's in Accounting (advanced degree a plus) CPA or EA licensed or actively pursuing Minimum 4 years of tax preparation experience in public accounting Strong compliance, tax prep, and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr
