Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

Overview Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is looking for a responsible and passionate Senior Financial Systems Analyst. This role supports TFS Finance by cultivating a best‑in‑class financial planning system and providing business administration for Hyperion Planning applications. The analyst will support senior management and the Finance team with system performance, forecasting process enhancements, user training, and ad‑hoc project work, ensuring technology is effectively incorporated into TFS’s financial planning capabilities. Responsibilities Provide ongoing support for financial planning processes and systems, including Hyperion Planning activities, managing metadata, overseeing the closing process, coordinating forecast and annual planning, maintaining web forms, business rules, KPI calculations, and data reconciliations, and supporting end users. Conduct impact analyses for business and configuration changes, develop user‑acceptance‑testing plans, and lead training sessions for new users. Assist the Financial Planning & Systems Lead in designing the next‑generation planning system, conduct workshops with FP&A and Data & Analytics teams, compile business requirements, and test solutions in staging environments. Represent FP&A interests in projects managed by Accounting and Data & Analytics that affect downstream systems. Provide ad‑hoc support to other Corporate Finance team members, including data validation, forecast reporting packages, and monthly reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of progressive finance and business experience in a financial services company. Experience with a comprehensive financial planning system such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, or related systems. Strong analytical skills and experience presenting to leadership, including executives. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
