Marketing & Sales Department (Entry Level)

Cambridge West is seeking a full-time candidate to join our growing Marketing department. As an expanding marketing and Communications firm, we have become our clients’ go-to source for marketing strategy, B2B outreach, and campaign execution. Given our success, we are now adding new names to our portfolio. We are building our firm from the ground up and need a driven individual to help us execute marketing campaigns, represent our clients at events, and meet their business demands quickly. This is a full-time position offering paid training to catch you up to the team’s speed.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

• Supporting B2B marketing and sales campaigns
• Representing clients at events and promotional activities
• Communicating with customers and business professionals
• Answering questions and addressing concerns
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Using KPI tracking systems
• Managing and training other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, or a customer service role (internships and volunteer work considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new responsibilities
• Familiarity with KPI or tracking systems is a plus

We provide full training for the right candidate but are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. Our ideal candidate is eager to develop into a leadership role within the first six months. As we build new marketing teams, there will be opportunities to train new team members and oversee projects.
