Family Promise of Waukesha County, Inc. in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Family Advocate who supports families facing homelessness. The Family Advocate will use a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to facilitate goal-setting and connect clients with essential resources. Job responsibilities include providing direct advocacy, developing individualized service plans, and connecting families to community resources, ensuring their journey towards housing independence.
