Product Manager, Global & Upstream DBS

Abbott seeks a Product Manager for its Global & Upstream Deep Brain Stimulation business. The role involves leading product strategy, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to advance neuromodulation therapies for chronic pain and movement disorders across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as voice of patient, clinician, and sales representatives in product development programs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting to support roadmap decisions
- Lead global commercial launch planning and execution for new products and indications
- Develop annual global marketing plans including segmentation, positioning, and marketing mix strategy
- Manage portfolio lifecycle including clinical data planning, pricing strategy, and competitive planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years medical device industry experience in marketing, sales, clinical, or engineering
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience synthesizing complex information and solving problems amid ambiguity
- Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes
- Influence management skills across diverse geographies and functions
- Clinical marketing expertise and project management capabilities
