Sales Compensation Analyst

Sirius XM Radio Inc

SiriusXM Radio, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to own complex compensation administration for our global advertising sales organization across SiriusXM Media properties. You will leverage SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus) and advanced Excel to calculate quarterly payouts, lead UAT testing, audit results, and partner with Sales, Finance and HR to continuously improve processes and data quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
