Courier Driver - Hiring Immediately

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Transport Driver to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This position is responsible for operating dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites while maintaining safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks and roll-off trucks for material transport Transport heavy machinery and equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators, loaders) to and from job sites Load, secure, and unload equipment using proper tie-down and safety procedures Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Maintain accurate driver logs, load tickets, and delivery documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch and project managers Navigate job sites, construction zones, and disposal facilities safely Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Provide professional, courteous service representing the company Assist with minor labor tasks or equipment handling as needed Qualifications Valid Florida Driver’s License (CDL Class A preferred; Class B acceptable depending on role) Clean driving record Experience operating dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and equipment trailers Experience hauling heavy equipment (preferred) Knowledge of load securement and equipment transport safety practices Familiarity with Clearwater/Tampa Bay area roads and job sites Strong communication and time management skills Ability to pass drug screening and background check Schedule Full-time with opportunity for over time Health insurance to include dental plan Paid time off and holidays 401K with employer matching
