Job Overview This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan and monitor shift performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards and maintain safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth hand‑over and preparation. Assist departments in meeting their operational goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
