Serve as on job sites by supporting less experienced team members, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. What Success Looks Like Jobs are executed correctly with minimal rework or oversight Documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time Less experienced technicians improve through your support and example Equipment is properly managed and job sites remain organized Clients feel confident and well-informed Supervisors trust you to handle jobs independently Qualifications 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in water mitigation, restoration, or similar field work Proven ability to perform mitigation work independently with minimal supervision Strong understanding of drying principles, moisture mapping, and equipment usage Experience with documentation requirements (photos, moisture logs, job notes) Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Experience working with insurance-driven restoration jobs and documentation standards Familiarity with industry software (e.g., Encircle, MICA, DASH, or similar) Experience leading small crews or acting as a lead technician on job sites Ability to obtain IICRC and OSHA certifications Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Your Single Source Solution FINNMARK Property Services is committed to affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and workplace diversity.
